Best Design Portfolio Framework?

I`ve been looking for a service, which`ll help me to create my own portfolio really fast, clean and cool, under my own domain.
I`ve tried CargoCollective and Behance, well, cant say Im happy with them, dont reall like a layout for portfolios there.
Maybe you can give me some other services? I dont mind if they`ll be paid.

If you can't create one yourself, you could find a template somewhere and modify it. -
I've seen some nice portfolios with http://carbonmade.com. Not sure about under your own domain, might be able to do a C record.
This is also an opportunity to spend time on yourself. Don't go clean and fast. Invest time in yourself and build an awesome one that suits you. Just a little HTML/CSS/JavaScript, even get into some PHP or Rails. -
Not sure what you mean by framework, but if you can do anything with HTML/CSS then why not push one out yourself? If that doesn't work just do a search for WP portfolio themes and you will get a ton of hits.

You might want to look at using Tumblr. There are some awesome paid themes which you can use to showcase your portfolio.

I second @scrivs in where to look for themes, but try doing something amazing in HTML/CSS before jumping to templates. Lets you be a lot neater and more "customized".
