I'm working on a project that involves creating a new help section for all of our products. I was wondering if anyone had a site where they found the help experience to be beyond wonderful.

I like what Apple has with their help section. MailChimp isn't that bad. I feel as though help sections are still a couple years behind the innovation loop than other aspects of websites. Maybe we can start to push things forward.
