What is the last thing you worked on?
-
I would love to see the last thing that you worked on (that can be shown publicly). As for me, I was part of the design behind SiteMover. Have more cool stuff coming out, but that might not occur till 2012.
Show me what you got. -
For me the latest thing is the new We Love Typography.
http://welovetypography.com/
Did the design and coding from scratch, which was crucial, especially regarding to the code. -
Love it! Question: Why did you decide on showing only 8 images?
-
Been working on a new site for rapper duo:
http://macknbiz.com/
Just a teaser page, it will drop tomorrow. -
@Scrivs
There are grid options for different screen sizes.
It also works pretty well on the iPhone and the iPad. -
Ah, I missed those at the bottom. Makes sense.
@dbanksdesign: You sticking with that clean look for the full launch? Can't wait to see it! -
@Scrivs
Most people use keyboard navigation, so the point is to have everything visible without scrolling. -
A week late, and still lots of bugs (mainly with getting html5 audio to work...) http://themacknbiz.com is live.
Let me know your thoughts. (view in a webkit browser, still trying to get the music to work in FF)
To Do: FF audio, IE fixes, mobile (should be good on tablets though) -
Another latest thing launched today: http://lettersfromsweden.se/
-
@karipatila: nicely done!

http://www.nje3.org/
I redesigned the website about 2 years ago. My work would be more recent but I'm still recovering from a nasty repetitive strain injury. Computers are no longer my friend although I continue to try and use them since, you know, I need to make a living. -
I've had a slow few months, so I've been working on my portfolio.
http://nicolefosterdesigns.com/
Nonetheless, I might landing a big job with another freelance friend, so wish me luck :) -
@karipatila: neat stuff
Last worked on:
A ribbon company's website:
http://tiksy.in/
Microsite for my brothers wedding:
milkeatviolet.com/nicoleandpremshree -
@vinodpillai: I love the ribbon website. Very creative and clean :)

Very nicely done @karipatila. Would love to actually see the shots better though. I don't really care where it was taken if I can't see what the typography actually is in the first place.
Obviously I have been working on the tweaks to Drawar and redoing Decaflon and Emersian. -
@Scrivs You mean the thumbnails on the markers? Almost sounds like you're only getting the white markers instead of the thumbnails.
Does it look like this to you?: http://cl.ly/0j230G2E2x0m3M012k0i
To minimize API calls I chose to display our local, cropped copy on the sidebar when you click the marker. Clicking the sidebar image will open the Instagram original. -
@karipatila: It does look like that, but what I mean is have the map and then underneath all of that have a grid of the most recent photographs that I could page through in a larger size. I'm sure there is a better implementation than that, but once photos on the map start to stack you can't click on some of them so we are missing out.
-
@scrivs Eventually there will be a thousand photos on the map. WLT has over 12 000 right now in total. I have no idea at which point the map would choke out if I presented every single one at once.
I took a cue from the Google Store Locator example, where you only pull in data that the user can see. That means having to zoom in if you want more locations.
What might be a good compromise to have next/previous links for jumping from one picture to another in chronological order. -
Well I was working on a secret project for myself, but then I got called up to the big leagues to work on some other projects that I can't show. With that being said, I'm trying to flesh out a better way for online discussions to be visualized.

Emersian and PaulScrivens.com are also do for a refresh.
