The original background was absolutely stolen, no doubt about that. The concept of the floating logo + leaderboard ad at the top was also stolen. The horizontal tabbed navigation was not stolen pixel for pixel, but the general concept is very similar. Other parts of the site are unique. In the overall scheme of site rip-offs, I'd say that it's definitely not the most egregious rip-off I've ever seen, nor is it in the Top 10, but it would still thoroughly piss me off if I was the designer. </p> http://drawar.com/design/notes/13583/p/1/#response-114294 Thu, 10 Apr 2008 21:47:44 Tyme 114294 <p>I had to look at it a minute to spot the differences. The NCGolfer's switched their background to the one the Golf Channel uses so that non-designers can see the differences better.
