The Drawar Superstream is happening tonight at 9pm (or tomorrow depending on where you are at the moment) and Mike and I will be gracing the video screens. Since this is the "design" site I figured one of the things we could do is provide live design critiques on a couple of sites to get in the minds of how we view the world.
Don't suggest personal sites unless you are the owner of the site and understand we aren't here to blow smoke up your ass. We are here to entertain, be informative and provide cut-throat, brutal honesty. You will be dealing with one of the great designers on the web you know.
This Superstream will also give you a great opportunity to ask Rundle the questions that you always wanted answered like how much of a pain in the ass it is to design with me watching over his shoulder.
Anyways hope everyone can make it.

Sounds wonderful, Scrivs. I'm still looking for a way to translate your time to Malaysian time, since I always seem to log on after the whole thing's done. Sigh.

I recently saw a great site that would give you every time zone from a single input. I don't remember what it was. But I think--using this--that the Superstream will be at 9:00AM on Friday in Malaysia.
As to the original question, I'm torn between offering cannon fodder or stuff I actually think is good. How about splitting that difference and discussing New York magazine's site. It's got a fair bit of the good and the bad.

The time zone thing caused me to go and look it up each time or just wander in to the room anyway to see if anything was happening (more likely!).
But then I discovered I could add extra clocks in Vista, so that made life easier. This one would be 2AM so it's not likely.

If you really are 7 hours ahead like the image shows then you are talking 4am, just in time for you to get your coffee.

I'm sure Mike will have no problem going over New York Mag's site since he has done it in a podcast before.

There's a big divide in style and practice between big corporates and smaller more agile companies. Typically the bigger you are, the more info you're serving on your page (to ridiculous extents.) I'd love to see you guys go over what's good and bad with some behemoth company or social networking site.
Why not something like Facebook? I've been seeing buzz about their planned redesign, that could be some good fodder.
iqpc.com?
ebiz1.com?
These are both pretty ugly, but It'd be cool to get some input on how you would improve them.

Video stopped working for me so it stopped making much sense. It was cool while I lasted then.
