I am look for some background shapes / textures for background filler. We have been coming up with them manually but it is taking too much time... Is there anywhere to find alpha textures, shapes or patterns to be used as random background fill.

I have a nice little company that builds websites for auto dealers when we first started the company it was myself and my designer buddy fred. It was hard to get work because we were new to the industry, now we have developed a fast growing network of dealers. We have some excellent php/as programers on the team but I am having the most difficult time finding good creative freelancers or people to bring in house to help with interface design.

I either get crappy work, delayed work or have to do it myself.

I have looked around 9 rules and found nice design everywhere...

What should I do to try and bring onboard a few new designers to our team.

And good online design forums? Anyone interested?
