Thanks for replies already peeps. I did try putting font into Text Editor/Photoshop also and matches *almost*!

That's the only place I can see it in the program I'm afraid, and it's at that font size I wish to use on a website :( It must be Lucida Sans Unicode surely, as Microsoft wouldn't use a non-standard font?

Good evening by the way !

Name This Font!

While using Visual Studio today for a private project, I noticed this font. Although I'm sure I've used/seen it before - I've forgotten it's name !

If you however over the image there is a Note showing which font I mean. It looks like Lucida Sans Unicode, but unsure!

Much appreciated if anyone could help me out. :)

» css help needed - fix footer position  ...  Last Reply: 1 year ago by mat.

Hi again "dotcommakers", just checking at your reply I don't think position:absolute will work as well as the footerStickAlt technique. If you spend (or have spent!) the time to check it over, it's really a great technique.

Hope your problems solved!

I've solved this issue on a couple of my projects in the past. Best example I found but I think i customised: footerStickAlt

» Photoshop learning: the best way  ...  Last Reply: 1 year ago by Ivy.

Whenever you find yourself beginning or wanting to start learning a new area - be it programming PHP or a graphic program such as Photoshop, here is my advice:

No. 1) Read Tutorials / Buy a Book:
Tutorials tend to be cliché and overused ideas, but they do explain the tools and how to use them. A book does this but to a greating depth and explanation.

No. 2) Take your program/language/whatever to the playground:
There is nothing that can beat trying things out for learning ! Try the tutorials, have a go at a random idea. Just get stuck into it and you'll end up finding much more out much faster than simply finding tutorials online. Plus, you found out how to do it, so you'll remember better !

I generally design to either d'n'b, ambient or laid back hip-hop. Not sure why it works but it definitely does. Perhaps everyone here could suggest a track and we make a "9rules soundtrack" to try out on a project ? Or not...
