Haha I don't really take good pictures one hundred percent of the time but I guess I do have my moments. In that picture I am pointing towards a tree.

There are pictures where I give a goofy face or don't look at the camera. So yeah.

Touche. I actually heard some photographer talk about stuff things like this on a podcast. He said that one of his best assets was the fact that he was a friendly guy and was able to have a cool chit chat with his models before he photographed them.

I like it a lot. Your designs look very unique Sarah and they don't just look like modifications of other wordpress themes. Great! But I agree with Chris on the menus on the bottom of the page.

This note here is proof that we are all geeks. :) I think the answer depends on the situation. I know a lot of ecommerce sites like to use the "blank" thingy so that shoppers don't loose their place in line.
